When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During limited edition drops or peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.

How do I care for my Civil Regime apparel?
To preserve the quality of the fabric and prints, we recommend machine washing in cold water with similar colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on graphic designs.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice an error.
